Instituto Villa Educare — a private school based in León, Guanajuato — came to us with a concrete problem: electronic invoicing had become a bottleneck. What we built to solve it ended up being a custom education CRM that today centralizes grades, schedules, teachers, notices and administration — all in a single system.

The institution relied on CONTPAQi and a third-party accounting firm system that created friction, delays and unnecessary administrative load when issuing CFDI invoices. Grades, schedules and teacher assignments lived in scattered spreadsheets — no centralization, no traceability, no scalability. The school had no clear strategy for digital marketing, Google or social media to attract and communicate with parents.
When an institution starts digitizing its processes properly, more areas that can be improved always appear. Invoicing was the door — the CRM was the transformation.

What was built
Instituto Villa Educare came to us with a clear objective: solve the bottleneck in their electronic invoicing process. The outcome was much more than that.
