Four years on the counter before reaching the market.

Most point-of-sale systems in Mexico were designed by developers who never worked a counter. It shows in every extra click, in every report that doesn't say what you need and in every module that sounds good in a demo but fails when you have a line of customers waiting. Teo POS wasn't born in a software office — it was born on the counter of a hardware store in Guanajuato, Mexico.

Since 2021, the system has operated in real businesses: starting at La Brocha in Romita, a hardware store with more than 16,000 active products, and expanding to other businesses with differentiated price lists, commercial credit and high volumes. Every feature in Teo POS was built because a real business needed it — not because a product team imagined it in a meeting room.

In 2025, after four years of iterative development in real production, Teo POS becomes a SaaS platform. That means the same technology proven in daily operation is available to any business — with the advantage of a local technical team that understands retail problems.

Can I use it in more than one location?

Yes. Teo POS has a multi-location module with independent inventory per location, transfers between locations and consolidated reporting. From a single panel you have visibility of the entire operation.

How does customer credit work?

You can register customers with credit, set per-customer limits, register partial payments and check each customer's statement. The system generates due-date alerts and keeps a complete history of collections.

What happens if I don't have internet when selling?

The system operates in the cloud, so it requires connectivity to sync data. For environments with unstable connectivity, we recommend evaluating your network infrastructure before implementation. Contact us and we'll analyze the best solution for your case.

How long does implementation take?
