It does not replace point of sale or CFDI invoicing — those are distinct operational layers for which Teotech has specialized products (Teo POS, CFDI system). TeoTech Reservas focuses exclusively on what happens before the customer arrives: how they find you, how they book and how they receive the information so they don't miss their appointment.

How much does TeoTech Reservas cost?
Today the system is in free-access period, no credit card and no commitment. It's our way of validating the product with real businesses before locking in the final pricing model. When paid plans launch, current users will receive preferential terms and advance notice to decide whether to continue.
What business types does the system support?
Nine confirmed categories in the official catalog: restaurant, barbershop, spa/beauty, dental clinic, nail salon, medical practice, veterinary, gym/fitness and "other". The appointment + orders + delivery model applies to any service business where the appointment is structural. Three verticals have dedicated pages with specific content (restaurant, dental clinic, barbershop); the others use the general configuration.
Does it process online payments? Does it accept cards?
No. Today the system does not integrate a payment gateway — reservations and orders are operational, payment is handled at the business by the usual means. Online payment integration is being evaluated for future versions based on demand from current businesses.
Is it compatible with CFDI 4.0 or invoicing?
TeoTech Reservas does not integrate CFDI directly — it focuses on the booking and orders layer. For CFDI 4.0 invoicing in businesses with structured cash flow, we recommend evaluating Teo POS (point-of-sale system with integrated CFDI) or the standalone Teotech CFDI system.
Does it support multiple professionals with separate calendars?
The current version manages a centralized agenda per business — slots are unique to the business, not segmented per professional. Works perfectly for businesses with one professional or where reception coordinates a shared agenda. For businesses with multiple professionals requiring independent calendars (each with their own customer-visible availability), that functionality is under evaluation for future versions.
