Your company has already grown. Has your system kept up?
We implement enterprise ERPs tailored to how your business actually operates — with native accounting, electronic invoicing, inventory, CRM and manufacturing. No per-user licenses, no third-party dependency, on your own infrastructure.
Most growing companies are running on systems that can't keep up
You started with Aspel or with Excel sheets. It worked while the team was small and the operation simple. But today every area runs on its own system: sales on one sheet, inventory on another, accounting in Aspel and the warehouse with a notebook. Data is duplicated, decisions get made with incomplete information and errors multiply as the business grows.
Inventory doesn't match what's been invoiced. The accountant asks for information no one has ready. Sales reports don't match accounts receivable. And every month the closing becomes a race against the clock to reconcile data that should never have been separated.
Data fragmented across multiple systems
Sales, inventory, accounting and warehouse operate in silos. No one has the full real-time picture of what's happening in the company.
No real operational traceability
You can't trace a product from purchase order to customer delivery. Discrepancies are detected weeks later, when it's already too late.
Dependence on systems that no longer scale
Aspel, Excel and legacy systems weren't designed for multiple warehouses, manufacturing or teams of more than 10 people. The system becomes the bottleneck.
An ERP built for your operation — not one your operation has to adapt to
We implement Odoo Community or ERPNext depending on your company's needs. Both work without per-user licenses, with full modules adapted to local accounting requirements. In the initial diagnostic we evaluate which platform fits best for your size, industry and budget.
Accounting & tax compliance
Chart of accounts aligned to local tax authorities, electronic invoicing (CFDI 4.0 for Mexico), payment complements, trial balance, tax reports. Your accountant works directly in the ERP.
Inventory and warehouse
Multi-warehouse control with lots, serial numbers, FIFO/LIFO methods, minimum-stock alerts and full traceability of receipts and issues.
CRM and sales
Opportunity pipeline, professional quotes, sales orders, automated customer follow-up and commercial performance reports.
Manufacturing
Bills of materials (BOM), production orders, real manufacturing costs, quality control at each stage and finished-product traceability.
Purchasing and suppliers
Purchase orders, goods receipt, accounts payable, approval workflows and supplier evaluation — all integrated with inventory and accounting.
Integrated booking system
Appointment, reservation and capacity management directly inside the ERP. Ideal for service companies that need to schedule resources and link them with billing.

How we implement your ERP
Free diagnostic
We analyze your current operation, the systems you use, the pain points and the automation opportunities. We deliver a document with scope, recommended modules and exact costs.
1 weekTailored configuration
We install and configure the ERP on your dedicated server. We tune workflows, permissions, invoice templates, catalogs and business rules specific to your company.
2–3 weeksMigration and training
We migrate your data from the previous system with cross-validation. We train each area on the corresponding module with hands-on exercises on real data.
1–2 weeksPermanent support
Post-implementation accompaniment with incident resolution, configuration adjustments, training for new employees and module evolution as your company grows.
ContinuousComing from Aspel, Alpha or SAP? We migrate without losing your data
Aspel SAE / COI / NOI
Aspel was the standard tool for years, but its desktop architecture, local database and disconnected modules no longer scale. Every SAT update becomes a headache and the information lives trapped on a single computer.
What we migrate Product and service catalog, customers, suppliers, chart of accounts, accounting entries, opening balances, invoicing history, current inventory and payroll data from NOI.
Alpha ERP (Castelec)
Alpha ERP works, but its per-user licensing model gets more expensive as the team grows. Vendor dependence for any adjustment and the customization limitations slow down companies that need to adapt quickly.
What we migrate Complete catalogs, transaction history, accounting accounts, accounts receivable and payable, purchase orders, warehouse configuration and customer data with commercial terms.
SAP Business One
SAP is powerful but its total cost of ownership is prohibitive for mid-market companies. Per-user licenses, consulting costs for any change and administrative complexity consume resources that could be invested in operations.
What we migrate Master data (business partners, items, price lists), marketing documents, accounting structure, cost centers, inventory by warehouse and custom reports.
Excel / manual processes
Many companies operate on shared Excel sheets, emails and manual processes that worked at the start but now generate errors, duplication and lost information. Knowledge lives in people, not in systems.
What we migrate Product catalogs, customer and supplier lists, sales history, current inventory, price lists and any structured data that can be imported into the ERP.
- Cross-validation of data before and after migration
- Complete migration of product, customer and supplier catalogs
- Verified transaction history and opening balances
- Chart of accounts mapped to the new system
- Parallel operation period to ensure continuity
What people ask us most about enterprise ERP.
Adopting an ERP is one of the most important technical decisions for a company that has already grown. The usual questions are about costs, implementation time, accounting compatibility and migration from other systems.
What's the difference between Odoo and ERPNext?
Both are complete ERPs with modules for every operation. Odoo has a broader ecosystem of applications and a more polished interface, ideal for companies with complex operations. ERPNext includes every module at no additional cost and is especially strong in manufacturing and regional accounting. In the diagnostic we evaluate which one best fits your operation, team size and budget.
Does it work with Mexican accounting and the SAT?
Yes. For Mexican operations we configure the chart of accounts aligned to the SAT, CFDI 4.0 stamping, payment complements, credit notes, trial balance, DIOT and ISR/IVA reports. We also support RESICO and Carta Porte for companies that move merchandise. The ERP is ready for your accountant to work directly without intermediate spreadsheets.
How much does it cost to implement an ERP?
Cost depends on scope. A basic implementation (accounting, inventory and sales) starts from $45,000 MXN. Projects with manufacturing, CRM and advanced modules range from $80,000 to $150,000 MXN. Unlike Odoo Enterprise, SAP or Alpha, there are no recurring per-user costs or mandatory annual licenses. Owning the server eliminates the cloud costs that scale with the number of users.
Can I migrate from Aspel, Alpha or SAP?
Yes. We have proven migration processes from Aspel SAE, COI and NOI, Alpha ERP (Castelec), SAP Business One and Excel-based systems. We migrate product, customer and supplier catalogs, sales histories, accounting accounts, opening balances and inventory. The process includes cross-validation to ensure no data is lost in the transition.
Does the data live on third-party servers?
No. We implement the ERP on dedicated servers we operate ourselves. You have full control over your data: direct access, automatic backups and no dependency on cloud providers. This also means better response speed for users and predictable costs that don't scale with the number of users.
How many users can it handle?
There's no user limit. Unlike ERPs with per-user licensing (such as SAP Business One or Odoo Enterprise), both Odoo Community and ERPNext allow unlimited users. We've implemented systems with teams of 5 up to 120+ concurrent users without performance degradation, thanks to the dedicated infrastructure we configure for each client.
What about support afterwards?
We offer permanent post-implementation support that includes: incident resolution, configuration adjustments, training for new employees, security updates and module evolution as your company grows. We don't leave you alone after go-live — the ERP is a living system that should adapt to your operation.
