To submit a verifiable consumer request, email contact@teotech.mx with the subject line "California Privacy Rights Request" and include enough information for us to verify your identity. You may also designate an authorized agent to act on your behalf, in writing. We will respond within 45 days (with one possible 45-day extension if reasonably necessary).
Canadian residents — PIPEDA & Quebec Law 25
If you reside in Canada, your personal information is handled in accordance with the federal Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). If you reside in Quebec, the Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector ("Law 25") also applies.
Your rights under PIPEDA / Law 25

- Withdraw consent at any time, subject to legal or contractual restrictions.
- Data portability — receive your computerized personal information in a structured, commonly used format (Quebec Law 25).

- File a complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada (priv.gc.ca) or, for Quebec residents, the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec (cai.gouv.qc.ca).
Cross-border data transfers
Our servers are located in Mexico. By providing your personal information, you acknowledge that it will be transferred to and stored in Mexico, which has different data protection laws than Canada. We use contractual safeguards and encryption (SSL/HTTPS) to protect the information during transfer.
