When existing software doesn't solve what you need.
We build systems, applications and AI solutions designed exactly for your company's problem — not adaptations of generic platforms.
There are problems no off-the-shelf tool was designed to solve.
Generic platforms solve generic problems. But when your operation has specific processes, business rules no CRM contemplates or integration needs no SaaS covers, you end up adapting your company to the software — instead of the software adapting to your company.
The result is always the same: parallel spreadsheets, manual processes the system doesn't solve, data living in different places and a team that works around the software's limitations instead of focusing on what matters. The problem isn't technology — it's that it wasn't built for your problem.
Processes no CRM models
Your sales, production or service flow has specific rules that don't fit any standard platform. You end up with workarounds, forced custom fields and processes the system ignores.
Disconnected systems
Your ERP doesn't talk to your CRM, your CRM doesn't talk to your invoicing and your invoicing doesn't talk to your inventory. Someone has to be the manual bridge between them all — and that bridge makes mistakes.
Operations that need intelligence
You have enough data to make better decisions, but it's trapped in formats no one can analyze at scale. You need AI applied to your context — not generic chatbots, but models that understand your business.
Real technical infrastructure for real problems.
Custom CRMs
Customer management systems designed for how your team operates — sales pipelines, prospect tracking, interaction history, tasks and reports. Without the limitations of generic platforms that force you to adapt your process to their structure.
Computer vision
Computer vision models for object detection, image classification, label reading, automated counting and visual quality control. Industrial cameras connected to systems that make decisions in real time.
Custom AI models
Artificial intelligence applied to specific company problems — document analysis, information classification, demand prediction, natural language processing and specialized assistants trained with your data.
Complex integrations
Connecting systems that weren't designed to talk to each other — legacy ERPs, government portals, supplier platforms, banking systems and third-party APIs. We build the technical bridges your operation needs.
Data analysis
Dashboards, automated reports and analysis systems that turn your operational data into actionable information. From real-time visualization to statistical models that reveal patterns you can't see at a glance.
Applications and own infrastructure
Complete web applications deployed on our own infrastructure — dedicated servers, containerization, secure remote access and 24/7 monitoring. You don't depend on third parties to run your system.
Real problems we solved with custom development.
Remote visual monitoring system
The company needed to supervise multiple remote locations in real time, detect suspicious activity and generate automatic alerts without on-site security at each point.
We developed a system with IP cameras connected to a central server that processes video with computer vision, detects anomalous movement, generates instant alerts via WhatsApp and email, and stores events with visual evidence accessible from any device.
24/7 supervision without on-site personnel
Custom industrial CRM
The sales team handled prospects in spreadsheets, quotes in Word and follow-ups from memory. There was no pipeline visibility, response times were long and opportunities were lost from lack of follow-up.
We built a custom CRM with visual pipeline, automatic quoting from catalog, activity tracking, inactivity alerts and conversion reports per salesperson. Integrated with WhatsApp and email for direct communication from the platform.
Visible pipeline. Automated follow-up
AI analysis of supplier documents
The purchasing department received hundreds of invoices, quotes and datasheets that someone had to read, interpret and manually capture to compare prices and update the internal catalog.
An AI system receives supplier documents, extracts key data — prices, products, terms —, compares them against the internal catalog and generates variance reports. The team only reviews exceptions.
Automatic analysis. You only review exceptions
Access control with computer vision
Access control relied on cards that got lost, shared or forgotten. There was no reliable record of who entered and left, and onboarding new employees was a manual process.
Facial recognition system with cameras at access points, automatic entry/exit logging, alerts for unauthorized access and an admin panel for staff management. No cards, no contact.
Access by facial recognition. Automatic logging
Manufacturing operations dashboard
Production data was logged on paper at the end of the shift. Managers received information with a day's delay and without enough granularity to make decisions about efficiency, downtime or bottlenecks.
Real-time dashboard with production data by line, shift and operator. OEE indicators, cycle times, classified stops and trends. Connected directly to on-floor sensors and PLCs.
Real-time data. Informed decisions
AI tool for sector analysis
A consulting team needed to analyze large volumes of sector information — reports, news, public data — to generate reports that took weeks of manual work.
AI tool that gathers, processes and synthesizes information from multiple sources, generates structured summaries, identifies trends and produces report drafts the team reviews and adjusts instead of writing from scratch.
Weeks of analysis → hours of review
We build on our own technical foundation
Containerization and deployment
Every application runs in isolated Docker containers with automated deployment. Zero-downtime updates, instant rollback and staging environments to test before production.
Secure remote access
Encrypted connections, VPN, multi-factor authentication and role-based access control. Your systems are accessible from anywhere without compromising security.
Monitoring and alerts
24-hour uptime, resource usage, error and performance monitoring. Automatic alerts when something requires attention — before the user notices.
Planned scalability
The architecture is designed from the start to grow. When your operation scales, the system scales with it — no rebuilds, no traumatic migrations, no surprises.
We understand first. We build after.
We understand the problem
We sit down with you to understand what problem you need to solve, how your operation works today, what systems you use and what result you expect. We don't propose technology until we understand the full context.
1-2 weeksWe design the architecture
We define the technical architecture, the technologies, the necessary integrations and the development plan. We present a clear proposal with scope, phases and realistic timelines.
1-2 weeksWe build in phases
We develop the system in incremental deliveries — each phase is functional and usable. You can see progress, give feedback and adjust priorities each cycle.
VariableWe deploy and support
We deploy on our infrastructure or yours, train your team and activate continuous monitoring. Support doesn't end with delivery — the system evolves with your operation.
ContinuousWhat people ask us most about custom software.
Commissioning custom software comes with questions that are rarely discussed openly: real timelines, what technologies we use, where the system is hosted and what happens with support after delivery.
How long does a software project take to deliver?
It depends on scope. A basic CRM or an integration between systems can be ready in 4-6 weeks. More complex projects with AI, computer vision or multiple integrations may take 3-6 months. We work in phases — each delivery is functional, so you can start using the system before it's complete.
What technologies do you develop with?
We use the technologies best suited to each problem: Python, Node.js and TypeScript for backend; React and Astro for frontend; PostgreSQL, MongoDB and Redis for databases; Docker for containerization; and AI models like Claude, OpenAI and open-source models for AI applications. The choice depends on the problem, not stack preferences.
Where is the software deployed? Do I need to hire servers?
We deploy on our own infrastructure or on yours, whichever you prefer. On our infrastructure you don't need to hire or manage servers — we take care of hosting, backups, monitoring and updates. If you already have your own infrastructure or cloud, we work there too.
What happens with support after you deliver the project?
Support doesn't end with delivery. Once in production, we monitor the system, address errors and keep developing new features as your operation needs them. Most of our development clients have been with us for 2+ years because the system evolves alongside their business.
Can I request changes during development?
Yes. We work with short development cycles where each delivery lets you review, use and give feedback. Changes are prioritized in the next cycle. This model avoids the classic software-project problem of delivering something that no longer matches what the business needs.
Do you have experience with AI applied to companies?
Yes. We've developed systems with AI document analysis (invoices, orders, contracts), prospect classification, specialized assistants with the Claude API, computer vision for quality control and access, and predictive analytics dashboards. We use AI when it solves a real problem — not as marketing.
