Your customers book a cut straight from your Instagram.
TeoTech Reservas turns your digital presence into an active schedule. Your customers book from your Instagram bio, a QR on the mirror or the link you send by WhatsApp — without calling you, without waiting for a reply. Automated reminders reduce the no-shows that leave your chair empty.
The online schedule that turns your Instagram into real appointments.
The modern barbershop operates under a double reality: on one hand, new-customer acquisition leans heavily on digital presence — Instagram, TikTok, Google Maps, referrals on social media. On the other hand, schedule management remains mostly analog: WhatsApp messages piling up, a notebook behind the counter, calls answered between customers. The distance between the digital acquisition channel and the manual booking channel translates into prospective customers who cool off on the road from first contact to confirmed appointment.
TeoTech Reservas closes that loop. Your barbershop gets its own public page (`reservas.teotech.mx/r/your-barbershop`) that links directly from your Instagram bio, shares by WhatsApp as a tap, prints as a QR on the mirror or on cards. The customer enters, sees which times are available and books instantly — no prior chat, no waiting for a reply, no turning into another pending conversation on your phone.
The system is ideal for solo barbers or shops where the schedule is managed in common. For barbershops with several barbers who require independent calendars — each barber with their own availability visible to the customer from the moment of booking — the current version handles a centralized schedule per business; per-barber calendar functionality is under evaluation for future versions, we discuss it honestly in the diagnosis.
Three pains every busy barbershop recognizes.
WhatsApp saturated with pending messages.
The shop's phone piles up messages all day — customers asking for appointments, checking availability, cancelling. Between customers there's barely time to reply, appointments get half-agreed, some messages get lost and others are answered late when the customer has already booked at another shop.
No-shows that cost real slots.
The customer booked five days ago, today they forgot, they didn't show. Without an automated reminder before the appointment, the chair stays empty during a slot that could have served another customer who was ready to come. In a tight-schedule operation, every no-show is revenue definitively lost.
Digital acquisition that doesn't land in a confirmed appointment.
Your barbershop has presence on Instagram, you post work, you grow followers, you get interested messages. But between the 'I'd like to book' DM and the actually-confirmed appointment, customers get lost at every step. The digital channel brings interest, but manual booking management is where the prospective customer dilutes.
Turn digital presence into real appointments — without manual management.
24/7 online schedule
Public calendar with slots configurable to the average time per service (cut, beard, both). The customer goes to your page, sees available times and books instantly. No prior chat, no waiting for a reply, no conversations piling up in your WhatsApp.
Linkable from Instagram
Put your public URL in your Instagram bio (or in Linktree, or any multi-link bio tool). The follower who sees your work goes straight from the social network to your booking system — without the friction of 'DM me' that many don't complete.
Automated reminders
Instant confirmations and scheduled reminders before the appointment via WhatsApp and email. The platform reports stated reductions of up to 50% in no-shows compared to operations without systematic reminders.
Physical QR in the shop
Download the QR for your schedule and print it — on the barbershop mirror, on a business card, on a sticker at the entrance. The current customer scans it and books their next appointment before leaving the shop. Loop closed without friction.
Recurring customers identified
The system records which customers book most frequently. Identify your base of returning customers for loyalty actions, birthday discounts or preferential treatment during high-demand periods.
Operational reports
Occupancy by day and time, monthly trends, new vs. returning customers. Information to decide when to open more slots, which times need extra hands or when to schedule the weekly day off based on real data — not intuition.
What's also included at no extra cost.
Shareable across any channel
Your schedule link works on Instagram bio, TikTok, Facebook, WhatsApp Business, website or physical cards. One single link centralizes every digital touchpoint between the customer and your barbershop.
Optional product sales
Beyond appointments, the system lets you offer barbershop products (pomades, waxes, care products) with on-site pickup or delivery according to your zone. A complementary revenue channel alongside the core cutting service.
Optional Google Calendar
If you manage your personal or event schedule in Google Calendar, you can sync TeoTech bookings automatically. Useful for barbershops that also coordinate private events (photo sessions, special days, corporate contracts).
100% web, multi-device
You check the schedule from your phone any time of day. The customer books from their device without downloading anything. No per-device licenses, no app to download, no updates to maintain.
Configurable reminders
Define when the reminder goes to the customer before the appointment: 24 hours before, 2 hours before, both. Adjustable to your customers' typical behavior and your usual service hours.
Self-cancellation and rescheduling
The customer can cancel or reschedule their appointment from the link received via WhatsApp or email — without having to message or call you. The system frees the slot automatically so another customer can take it.
Barbershop models that can already operate with TeoTech Reservas today.
Solo barber with steady clientele and Instagram acquisition
Independent professional operating with recurring clientele plus new acquisition via social media. The schedule revolves around a single barber — the system replaces WhatsApp management with a public page that converts Instagram traffic into confirmed appointments without manual intervention.
24/7 appointments without phone management, automated reminders, higher conversion of followers into active customers.
Barbershop with several barbers and walk-in-order service
Shop where the customer books an appointment without choosing a specific barber — they're assigned whoever is available at the selected time. The system manages the schedule as a single calendar, which fits the operating model and frees the shop from continuous phone management.
Front desk free from manual schedule coordination, slots filled automatically, team focused on serving customers in the chair.
Barbershop in a commercial plaza with high digital acquisition
Barbershop in a commercial-traffic area where acquisition balances between recurring customers and new customers arriving via social media or local search. The public page with QR and Instagram link works as a scalable contact point the customer can use before stopping by the shop.
Higher conversion rate from digital traffic, better retention of returning customers with systematic reminders.
From zero to taking appointments in less than a day.

How much does TeoTech Reservas cost?
The system is currently in a free-access period — no credit card, no commitment. It's our way of validating the product with real barbershops before setting the final pricing model. When paid plans go live, current users will get preferential terms and advance notice.
My barbershop has three barbers with their own clientele — does it work?
If your customers book by choosing a specific barber from the moment of scheduling (each barber with their own visible schedule), the current version doesn't handle separate calendars per professional — it manages a shared schedule per barbershop. If your model is a centralized schedule where the customer is assigned an available barber on arrival, it works perfectly. If your model requires independent calendars per barber, we discuss it honestly in the diagnosis: that functionality is under evaluation for future versions and, depending on your priority, we'll recommend waiting or using a system more specialized in that specific point.
Do my customers need to create an account to book?
Not required. They can book by entering just name, phone and/or email. This significantly reduces friction in the booking flow and increases conversion versus systems that force registration before booking — especially important when traffic comes from Instagram, where the follower decides in seconds whether they complete or abandon.
Can I charge for the cut online? Accept a deposit?
The system doesn't currently process online payments — bookings are operational and the customer pays in the shop through your usual methods. Online payment integration (including deposits for prepaid bookings) is under evaluation for future versions. In the meantime, automated reminders compensate for the lack of deposit by significantly reducing no-shows.
Can I connect my schedule with Google Calendar?
Yes. Google Calendar integration is available as an option during setup. It lets the bookings entering TeoTech sync with your personal or business calendar, keeping your schedule consolidated in one place.
Does it work with products? Can I sell pomade or wax alongside appointments?
Yes. The system lets you offer physical products with pickup at the shop or configurable delivery for your zone. It's a complementary channel to appointments — the customer who booked a cut can add products to their order, or a customer can order just products without booking a service.
Is there a monthly cap on appointments or customers?
During the free-access period there are no stated operational caps. The system is built on scalable multi-tenant infrastructure and supports the normal volume of a barbershop without restrictions.
How are reminders sent? From my personal WhatsApp?
The system sends reminders by WhatsApp and email automatically — they are platform notifications, not messages from your personal number. This keeps your WhatsApp from getting saturated with operational messaging and separates the professional from personal use of your phone.
What happens when a customer cancels their appointment?
The customer can cancel or reschedule from the link received in their confirmation, without having to message or call you. The slot is automatically freed and can be taken by another customer. Your panel updates in real time and you can see cancellation patterns if you want to adjust your policy.
How do I start using it in my barbershop?
Go to reservas.teotech.mx/, complete the form selecting 'Barbershop' as the business type and confirm your email. In less than 10 minutes you have access to the panel and can start setup. If you'd rather have guided support or want to validate first whether your model fits the current scope, message us on WhatsApp at +52 432 117 0025 and we'll schedule a free 30-minute diagnosis.
The operating economics of a barbershop: every empty chair is lost revenue
A barbershop operates under a capacity constraint similar to a professional clinic: revenue is generated per time slot of the barber actively working. Unlike retail, where inventory waits for the customer, in barbershops the barber’s availability is perishable — an empty 30-minute slot at 2 PM isn’t recovered with an extra customer at 6 PM. Maximizing slot occupancy is therefore the single highest-impact operational lever on the business’s bottom line.
Two factors drive most of the structural loss in this model. The first is no-shows: customers who booked and didn’t arrive, leaving the slot unfillable. The second is booking friction: prospective customers who showed intent (an Instagram DM, a call, a WhatsApp message) but didn’t convert into a confirmed appointment because the manual coordination flow didn’t close in time.
Closing the digital acquisition loop
A modern barbershop invests time and energy in its digital presence: photos of cuts, TikTok videos, before-and-after posts, daily stories. That investment generates traffic, followers, messages. But the final conversion — the follower who becomes a real customer with a confirmed appointment — still depends in many businesses on manual WhatsApp management by the barber or someone in the shop. That friction operates like a funnel: it loses customers at every step, from the initial DM to the appointment actually served.
TeoTech Reservas closes that loop by making the barbershop’s public page the direct destination for digital traffic. The follower who sees a cut they like taps the bio link, sees available times and books in under a minute. There’s no intermediate “DM me, I’ll confirm when I can” diluting the original intent. Digital acquisition becomes real booking without human management in the middle.
The measurable effect of systematic reminders
Industry publications document significant no-show reductions when automated reminders are activated before the appointment. TeoTech Reservas reports in its public communications a stated reduction of up to 50% in no-shows versus operating without reminders, which aligns with the upper range observed in comparable literature. For a barbershop operating with 50 weekly appointments and a 20% no-show rate, bringing that rate to 10% represents 5 additional slots recovered per week — multiplied by 4 weeks and the average service value, the annual impact on the business’s revenue is directly measurable.
On the limitation of per-barber calendars
It’s honest to state this point explicitly, especially because it affects some barbershops. The current version manages a centralized schedule — slots belong to the business, not segmented by specific barber. This works perfectly for solo barbers operating alone and for barbershops where the operating model is “available barber” (the customer is assigned whoever is free at the time of service). It doesn’t fit barbershops where each barber has their own clientele with independent availability visible to the customer from the moment of booking.
For that model, per-barber calendar functionality is under evaluation for future versions. The honest way to operate is to talk it through in the initial consultation: if your model requires it and the current version doesn’t fit, we say so without trying to sell you something inadequate.
