My clinic has several doctors with different schedules — does it work for us?

The current version of the system handles a centralized schedule per clinic, not individual calendars per doctor. Does it handle clinical history / patient records?

No. TeoTech Reservas focuses exclusively on the scheduling and notification layer. Clinical history, patient records, radiographs and other clinical documentation should be managed in a system dedicated to dental records. Integration with clinical record systems is under evaluation for future versions based on demand.

Do patients need to create an account to book?

Not required. They can book by entering just basic contact details (name, phone or email). This significantly reduces friction in the booking flow and increases conversion versus systems that force account creation before scheduling.

How are reminders sent? Direct from WhatsApp?

The system sends notifications automatically by WhatsApp and email — they are system notifications operated by the platform, not direct messages from your personal number. This avoids saturating your WhatsApp with operational messaging and keeps the professional separate from the personal.

Can I charge an appointment deposit or the service online?

The system doesn't currently process deposits or online payments. Appointments are operational — the patient confirms intent and receives automated reminders. Payment happens at the clinic through your usual methods. Online payment integration is under evaluation for future versions.

Can I configure reminders for recurring treatments (cleaning every 6 months, for example)?

Automated reminders are tied to specific scheduled appointments — the system notifies the patient before their next confirmed appointment. Proactive reminders for recurring preventive treatments ("it's been 6 months since your last cleaning") without a scheduled appointment are not yet an active capability. It's a feature we're evaluating for future versions.

What happens when a patient cancels?

The patient can cancel or reschedule their appointment from the link received in their confirmation, without having to call the clinic. The slot is automatically freed and can be taken by another patient booking at that moment. Your panel updates in real time and you can see the history of cancellations to identify patterns.

Is it compliant with LFPDPPP and the handling of sensitive data?

The system operates under compliance with LFPDPPP. The full privacy policy is published at reservas.teotech.mx/privacidad. Sensitive clinical data is not requested at booking time — only operational contact information for the appointment. Your patients' data is the property of your clinic and exportable at any time.
