How much does TeoTech Reservas cost?
The system is currently in a free-access period — no credit card, no commitment. It's our way of validating the product with real businesses before setting the final pricing model. When paid plans go live, current users will get preferential terms and advance notice to decide if they continue.
Do I need to install any software or app?
No. TeoTech Reservas is a 100% web platform. Your admin team logs into the panel from any browser on PC, tablet or phone. Your customers book from your public page without downloading anything — a link or a QR takes them straight to the booking system.
Do customers need to create an account to book?
Not required. They can book by entering just basic contact details (name, phone or email). This reduces friction in the booking flow and significantly increases conversion versus systems that force account creation before scheduling.
Does it work for bookings with deposit or upfront payment?
The system doesn't currently process deposits or online payments. Bookings are operational — the customer confirms intent and gets automated reminders to ensure attendance. Payment happens at the restaurant through your usual methods. Online payment integration is under evaluation for future versions.
Does it handle table management with server assignment and digital kitchen tickets (KDS)?
TeoTech Reservas focuses on the public layer of the business: bookings, pickup orders and delivery. It does not include table management assigned to servers, digital kitchen orders (KDS) or splitting checks between diners. For those internal operational capabilities, the Teotech team recommends evaluating Teo POS with the restaurant module (in active development, expected Q2 2026). Both products are complementary — they can coexist in the same restaurant.
How does a delivery order get delivered? Do you have a fleet of drivers?
TeoTech Reservas records the customer's delivery order with the address captured via interactive GPS map, but does not operate the delivery fleet. Delivery logistics are coordinated by your restaurant: with your own staff, contracted independent drivers or local courier services. The system gives you the information organized — the physical delivery stays under your control.
How many bookings or orders can I handle per month?
During the free-access period there is no stated operational limit. The system is built on scalable multi-tenant architecture and supports the normal volume of a restaurant. If your business operates at unusually high volumes, we evaluate that in a call beforehand to confirm capacity.
Can I issue CFDI invoices from bookings or orders?
CFDI 4.0 invoicing (the Mexican electronic tax receipt) is not integrated into TeoTech Reservas. If your restaurant needs to invoice business customers or individuals requesting a tax receipt, that's done separately — we recommend evaluating Teo POS for register operation with integrated CFDI, or using the Teotech CFDI system as a standalone product.
How long until it's running?
The system is active the same day you sign up. Initial configuration (hours, menu, delivery area) takes between one and two hours depending on the complexity of your operation. The public page with your QR is available immediately after setup — you can start taking bookings from that moment.
What happens with my data and my customers' data?
TeoTech Reservas runs on infrastructure managed by Teotech under compliance with LFPDPPP (Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties). The full privacy policy is published at reservas.teotech.mx/privacidad. Your customers' data remains the property of your business and is exportable at any time.
